Housekeeping Staff — Recruitment in Mallorca
Housekeeping for Mallorca and across Europe — on a permanent contract, part of your team.
Nobody listed here right now.
That does not mean we have nobody. This overview shows a selection — most placements run through our network on Mallorca, in Germany and Switzerland. Tell us who you need: we will look and come back with names.
A household is not a cleaning job
Cleaning a property is a task with an end. Running a household is an ongoing one: laundry, supplies, flowers, the tradesman who is coming, the air conditioning that needs servicing. Whoever takes that on thinks ahead — and notices the towels are running low before anyone asks.
That is why someone from hotel housekeeping, used to working to a plan, is rarely the right fit here. What is needed is more someone who finds their own rhythm and keeps it.
All year or only for the season
Many houses on the island are lived in for only a few weeks a year. In between they still need someone: airing, collecting post, checking the pool, getting everything ready before arrival. That is different from looking after the house during a stay, and it is often the same person — with the advantage that they know the house.
Trust is not a figure of speech here
Whoever gets a key enters your house when nobody is there. We do not send anyone we do not know — and if you want the same person over the years, a permanent contract is the right route, not a temporary placement.
What we need for the enquiry
Size of the house, how often and on which days the work happens, whether you are present, whether someone should live in and which languages are spoken. Tell us as well whether laundry is washed at the house or collected.
