Rental staff means staff for a limited time — a single evening, a weekend, a few weeks. For weddings and private parties, corporate events and receptions, for a full week in a hotel or restaurant, for a dinner at a finca, for a trip on board. And for the case nobody plans: when someone falls ill and the shift still has to happen.

You book by the day or the week, without employment and without any commitment beyond it. At short notice too — tell us when and what for.

Roles we fill

Chefs: head chef, sous chef, chef de partie, chef, private chef, pastry chef, commis chef, kitchen assistant, kitchen porter. Service: restaurant manager, head waiter, waiters, sommelier, host and hostess, service staff, runner, butler. Bar: bartender, bar manager, mixologist, barista, bar back.
