The pace is the real requirement
Hotel housekeeping is measured in rooms per shift. How many that is depends on the house: a city hotel with small rooms and few departures is a different matter from a resort with suites and Saturday changeovers. Someone coming from a private household often works more thoroughly than needed and does not make the pace — that is not a shortcoming but a different job.
So tell us the number of rooms per person per shift that you work with. We select on that basis, not on a CV.
What comes with it
Room cleaning is the visible part. Added to it are handing out and taking in linen, stocking trolleys, minibar, lost property, reporting faults, and letting reception know when a room is ready earlier or later. Someone who knows this chain does not need training in.

Hands are short in high season, rarely in winter. The season can be planned — asking in spring means a wider choice. For sudden absences, what counts is who can start immediately; availability is stated on every profile.
